City ponders pushing snow onto sidewalks

The city of Prince Albert is pondering plowing snow onto neighborhood sidewalks.

There is a limited amount of space left to store the unusually large amount of the white stuff that has already accumulated in the city, and we’re barely halfway through winter.

It’s a local punch-line that was getting a little tired - ‘things are moving as slowly as Prince Albert’s locomotive 5080!.’

Mind you, the old steam engine that stands neglected on the Prince Albert Exhibition grounds is probably looking beyond tired.
