Winter Festival partners with Kinsmen Telemiracle for Cabaret

The Prince Albert Winter Festival Society is adding a second cabaret to its line-up of entertainment this year.

Joining forces with the Prince Albert Kinsmen Club, the event will be held February 16^th at the Prince Albert Exhibition Centre following the Rock Show Experience.

The Rock Show Experience was added to the Winter Festival’s line-up of shows three years ago.

Entertainers take on the persona of fan favourite rock stars and perform their top hits. The show has become so popular, producer Dennis Adams decided to introduce a Cabaret for 2019.

“We are running the Rock Show for two nights this year, February 15^th and 16^th said Adams, “both starting at 7:30 pm. The Saturday show will be followed by the Cabaret at 10 pm, in partnership with the Prince Albert Kinsmen Club.”

The Prince Albert Kinsmen Club traditionally holds an annual Cabaret to fundraise for Telemiracle.

Shaun Pikaluk of the Kinsmen Club feels it is a good fit It to partner with the Prince Albert Winter Festival.

“The Prince Albert Kinsmen Club is excited to be partnering with the Winter Festival this year,” Pikaluk said. “The Rock Show and Telemiracle Cabaret will be an excellent event with 100% of the Kinsmen Club’s proceeds going to Telemiracle.  This will be a great couple of nights with amazing entertainment and a fun party atmosphere – the signature of any Kinsmen event.”

This year’s Rock Show sponsors are Cornerstone Insurance and Riverside Dodge. Tickets to Rock Experience Shows are $20 each as are tickets to the Cabaret.
