Since starting his real estate career over 39 years ago, Terry Mason has always been good at what he does. He consistently achieved top producer status with other real estate franchises and carried that tradition into his own company when he opened Terry Mason Real Estate in 2005. He works alongside his wife and daughter who are also real estate agents in their office located at 615-B Branion Drive in Prince Albert.
“Terry has so much expertise and knowledge,” said broker Barb Mason. “Over 90 per cent of our business comes from past clients and personal referrals.”
Terry, Barb and Amber are all licensed in residential, commercial and farm real estate but within the business, they each have their areas of expertise. By collaborating with each other, they are able to provide the best possible advice to their clients.
“Technology is huge for us. When we first started the industry was very labour intensive. For example, the processes we had to use having pictures developed, photocopying listings, manually writing and delivering contracts were extremely time consuming, but now technology has helped free up time to spend working one-on-one with the clients,” Barb said. “It has allowed for the opportunity to gain trust and respect from clients; characteristics that have helped build the Terry Mason Real Estate brand for nearly two decades.”
Working as a family means the real estate agents can put more emphasis on providing the best service to their clients. “In an office where you have independent agents they are all competing against each other,” Barb said. “As co-workers and family we have a common goal and work together which means our clients get the best service possible.”
The process of buying or selling property and can be intimidating. Fortunately, there is a real estate team that will expertly guide you through every step. Terry Mason Real Estate is the Prince Albert BOB award winner for ‘Best Real Estate Office’ of 2017 and Now 2018 as well.
“To be on the ‘Best of the Best’ list once again for Prince Albert means a lot to us.” Call the office 306-922-1420 or cell 306-961-2519
