RCMP searching for missing inmate

Pinehouse RCMP is asking for the public’s help in locating a man who left a correctional camp in La Ronge. 

On Jan. 26 at around 9 a.m., staff noticed Raymond Allen Montgrand, 49, was missing from the Besnard Lake Correctional Camp.

RCMP believe he left the camp on foot and may be heading to La Loche. 

Montgrand was last seen wearing a black jacket. 

He’s five feet 10 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has a one inch scar on the bridge of his nose and a number of tattoos that include three stars on the corner of his left eye, two feathers on his left temple, a skull with pony tail on his chest, a heart with wings and the word “Lenore” on his left hand and the words “Raymond Loves” on his right arm.
