Just days after announcing a trade, the Prince Albert Raiders have lost one of their forwards.

The Raiders organization announced Wednesday that Bryce Bader opted not to play with the team. The team said the 17-year-old Bader opted not to come back to Prince Albert after completing a final exam in Calgary earlier this month.

A spokesperson for the team said Bader cited personal reasons for the decision, adding there would be no further comment on the move.

The Raiders roster now includes 12 forwards, seven defencemen, and two goaltenders.
