Cosmetic Cold Laser aka Low Level Laser

Jan 21, 2019 | 11:59 AM

A laser with two names. Why, and what does it have to do with my beautiful face?

These are good questions that I’m happy to answer.

Low level laser is also called Cold Laser.

Here’s why: the low levels of light aren’t enough to heat body tissues. There’s a nice bonus that comes from that. No heat means no pain. Imagine a laser treatment that actually feels relaxing and pleasant!

Cosmetic Cold Laser increases tissue repair and healing. This means it’s proven to have beneficial effects on wrinkles and sun damage.

It also reduces inflammation. This is why it’s proven effective in inflammatory conditions like acne, rosacea, and eczema.

And remember, we’re all about reducing inflammation these days. When you reduce inflammation you slow down the death of cells. That’s anti-aging at its finest.

Cosmetic Cold Laser is a beautifying and relaxing treatment. And it’s affordable – just under $132 tax in or combine it with gentle skin resurfacing Microdermabrasion for just under $163 tax in.

This lovely little treatment today might mean fewer aggressive interventions tomorrow.  I suggest quarterly treatments but even twice a year helps keep skin healthy and younger.
